The CSC9270 is a complete dual tone multi frequency receiver circuit with band separation filter and digital decoding function. In the filter part, switched capacitor technology is used to separate dialing audio signals into high-frequency group signals and low-frequency group signals. In the decoder, digital counting technology is used to detect all 16 kinds of DTMF audio pairs and encode them into 4-bit codes. Since the chip is equipped with a differential input amplifier, a clock oscillator and a tri state latch bus interface, the number of external components is minimized. This circuit is a digital analog mixed CMOS circuit, which adopts the design rules of 1.2um double-layer polycrystalline single-layer aluminum, and the chip area is 2.966 (without scribing slot) × 1.697mm2 。
