The CD4069 is a conventional 6-way inverter, and each inverter is relatively independent. During normal operation, VDD is connected to the power supply, VSS is usually grounded, and the VDD range is 3V~15V. The unused input terminals must be connected to power, ground or other input terminals. CD4069 has a wide temperature range (- 40 ℃~125 ℃).
